The Indian Cambridge School hosted PARENT ORIENTATION PROGRAMME as follows:
April 6, 2017 in two sessions:
First session for Pre-Primary section from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
Second session for Primary section from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Middle and senior section from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

The overwhelming response of the parents was very welcoming. The parent body was acquainted with the school rules, facilities, scholastic and co-scholastic activities offered by the institution. The teaching staff interacted with parents to familiarize them with the systems and day today routine.
The orientation programme was adjourned on a happy and satisfying note.
India is one of the biggest democratic republic countries in the world.That’s the reason Republic day is celebrated with great honour to the constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950.
This year The India Cambridge school celebrated the 68th Republic day with great display of strength and vivid culture of India.
The programme began with the unfurling of the National Flag by our Patron The Chief Guest for the event was the Patron of the school, a philanthropist and an eminent personality, Dr. S.Farooq. The distinguished guests, The Director Syed Mohammed Yasar, The Principal Mrs. Rachna Srivastava graced the occasion. Followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
The function carried on with the speeches delivered by the school captain Shikhar Negi. The celebration was made melodious by the choir singing “Mere Desh Ke Dharte” and Yeh Desh Hai Veer Jawano Ka”.
The programme was meaningful and thought provoking with the words of wisdom of school Patron Dr. S.Farooq. He enlightened the students and his inspirational speech left everyone filled with patriotic fervor.
The celebration concluded with The Principal, proposing the vote of thanks , she appreciated the students for their sincere efforts .
As a customary, sweets were distributed among the students and the staff…
This year,month of December brought list of warmth,hope,joy and happiness to The Indian Cambridge School on December 15th ,2016 to spread message of love and good cheer a special assembly was organized to facilitate the students who excelled in ARIF to present cock house trophy and wish Merry Christmas.
The assembly started with felicitation of the students BILAL KHAN,NABAM SOUL,SOURAV SINGH & ANAS ANSARI of class XI in which he shared his travel adventure to GOA organised by ADVENTURE RACING FEDERATION OF INDIA.They told us unusual different routes they took every track has its unique challenges still they performed well.They also learnt life lessons i.e there is always ups and down in one’s life we must expose ourselves to build up, we must be in moment etc.He further added that without target its impossible to generate the internal drive to achieve exceptional success.
Next was the Christmas celebration on this occasion of Christmas celebration Traditional Carols were sung by the school choir,getting everyone into the spirit of Christmas & its gaiety. Last but not the least Santa appeared with sweets for one and all.The children were ecstatic, the audience comprised of the school children.
Christmas celebration was followed by the Indian Cambridge warriors speech, delivered by The President Brig.Ramesh Bhatia ,Director Syed Mohammed Yasar & Principal Mrs.Rachana Srivastava congratulated the winner and praised The Indian Cambridge Warriors for putting up the best performance at GOA trip. The Dignitaries at the occasion gave the message of sharing and caring true to spirit of the celebration.
At last over all best performance in sporting cultural literally activities and academics. The cock house of the school was bagged by Justice House.
A FAREWELL party for the students of class 12th was organized at The Indian Cambridge School, Dehradun.
The school President Brig. Ramesh Bhatia, School Director, Syed Mohammed Yasar, Principal Mrs. Rachna Srivastava were guest on the occasion.
The School campus was festooned with gold and silver shining stars. The theme of the farewell party was ‘shimmer and shine’.
The ceremony started with the welcome of class 12th students.
Zaid and Nikita Kanojia welcomed and introduced the Chief Guest Brig. Ramesh Bhatia.
The Ramp walk was the main attraction for everyone. The judges put various questions and student replied to them well. Class 11th students read out the compliments while the Chief Guest Brig. Ramesh Bhatia gave a momento to each student. The incredible dance and songs were presented by class 11th students, which was well applauded.
The much-awaited result of the ramp walk and modeling session was announced. Adil Khan was adjudged Star Gentleman whereas Vinay Konswal was declared Mr. Glimmer and Glow and Tanzila was declared Miss Twinkle.
Kajal Rathore and Shikhar Negi were adjudged ISC star of 2016-17 in girls and boys categories, respectively.
The dignitaries on the occasion blessed the outgoing batch and they wished that if the students take one idea, make that one idea their life-if they think of it, dream of it, if they live on that idea then the way to success is not far away.
The class cut the farewell cake while Shivam Tiwari of class 11th proposed the vote of thanks.
The annual function for the Investiture of Prefects for the year 2016-17, was held at the school premises. The student council of Fifty-two (52) members was elected and selected for the new session 2016-17. The appointments were made keeping in mind, their leadership qualities, performance, reliability and consistency in their class performance. They were also judged on character and communication skills.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Brigadier (Retd.) Ramesh Bhatia, Bar Member, State Legal Services Authority and Ex-Chairman and Managing Director, Uttaranchal Ex-Servicemen Corporation Ltd. The proceedings began with the lamp illuminating ceremony by the Chief Guest, the Director Syed Mohammed Yasar, Mrs. Rachna Srivastava. Mrs. Shruti Ghildiyal compered the solemn ceremony. The school English choir vocalized melodious hymns and with pride and a sense of achievement surging in their hearts, the school authorities, parents and students listened with bated breath.
