I consider it my fortune to take on the role of Principal at The Indian Cambridge School because it does not feel like just another professional milestone—it feels like coming home. In just a short time, I have already developed a deep connection with this community, not only as an educator but as someone who believes that a school must be a place where every child feels understood, appreciated and safe.
Schools are not only second homes because I believe that they must be spaces where children are encouraged to ask bold questions, learn through their missteps and steadily grow into confident, compassionate individuals. My responsibility here goes beyond academics; it is about nurturing the values that help children become thoughtful, grounded and resilient human beings.
Today’s fast-moving world has endless distractions, along with other pressures that often overshadow purpose, so education must rise above numbers. It ought to create space for clarity of thought, honest collaboration and the courage to imagine a better future, not just for oneself but for others also.
Such education is only possible when teachers, parents and school leaders work together with trust, patience and a shared commitment to what truly matters. When all the adults around a child are aligned in their values and intention, the child’s growth becomes not just possible, but powerful and inevitable.
I arrive in this school with humility and open ears and an open heart. I want to primarily understand what makes this school special, what our students need most and how we can build on the strengths we already have.
My door will always be open to solve problems, to share ideas, build trust and celebrate even the smallest moments of growth. I look forward to nurturing a space where our children do not just succeed but feel supported, encouraged and deeply connected to their learning journey.
I hope that in the years to come when the students reflect on their time in this school, they remember not just the lessons, but also the love and the life they found here. May the remembrance be with deep pride, joy, and lasting gratitude.
May God bless this school abundantly.
Warm regards,
