Integrated coaching for NDA in collaboration with DIDA

The Indian Government has opened the portals of the NDA for women cadets, and we at The ICS fully support the decision not in just words but in our actions.

In collaboration with DIDA, we are training our girls for National Defence Academy through rigorous and vigorous coaching.

The academic session for the NDA aspirants commenced with a three-day workshop on social and emotional skills to empower girls.

The workshop focused on, building and enhancing social and emotional skills to empower girls. Various topics such as self-awareness, self-esteem, empathy, communication, and problem-solving were discussed. It was inspiring to see how each of our girls shared their experiences, perspectives, and ideas during the interactive sessions.

Training girls for the NDA not only provides them with an opportunity to serve the nation but also enables them to develop critical life skills such as discipline, leadership, and teamwork. Moreover, it breaks stereotypes and encourages girls to challenge societal norms and pursue their dreams.

In conclusion, empowering girls through training them for the NDA is a step towards creating a more equitable and inclusive society.
