The ICS’s Flag Making Activity

Our foundation classes at The Indian Cambridge School recently celebrated art and patriotism through a fun-filled flag-making activity! Our young learners eagerly explored colors, symbols, and designs, creating flags that beautifully represent our diverse nation. 

With glue, scissors, and lots of imagination, they turned plain paper into vibrant masterpieces. This activity not only sparked creativity but also filled our students with pride and a sense of unity. We’re excited to see their flags flying high!

Freedom from What, Freedom from Whom!

The students of The Indian Cambridge School, a girls boarding school in Dehradun, from Classes V to XII came together to create a stunning board decoration on the theme “Freedom from What, Freedom for Whom?” for their respective class boards.

This collaborative project sparked intense discussions, creative brainstorming, and artistic expression. The students’ imaginations ran wild as they designed a vibrant display featuring powerful quotes, thought-provoking images, and symbolic representations of freedom.

Through this activity, they explored the concept of freedom, its significance, and its relevance to their lives. The board decoration served as a testament to their understanding, showcasing their ability to think critically and creatively. This project not only fostered teamwork and camaraderie among students across different age groups but also created a lasting impression of the importance of freedom, equality, and justice for all. The final display was a proud showcase of the students’ collective effort and creativity, making it a memorable experience for the entire school community.

Computer Activity at The ICS

At The Indian Cambridge School, the best girls boarding school in Dehradun, our primary school students recently embarked on an exciting journey into the world of computers! They were introduced to various parts of a computer through an engaging session that combined learning with fun. Using audiovisual techniques, they explored input and output devices, sparking their curiosity and understanding.

The excitement grew when they were shown miniatures of different computer parts, which captured their attention. To top it all off, a quiz was held to test their knowledge, and our young tech enthusiasts participated with great energy and enthusiasm. It was a day filled with discovery and enjoyment, leaving our students eager to dive deeper into the fascinating world of technology!
